Substance Abuse Treatment Services : Crestone Recovery Program
We offer comprehensive and affordable outpatient substance abuse treatment services. This includes services specifically designed for individuals who may have both a mental illness and a substance use disorder. Treatment is individualized to meet each client's unique needs, and is a collaborative effort between the client and the treatment team. We offer:

Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) (9 hours per week)

Enhanced Outpatient Treatment (EOP) (4-8 hours per week)

General Outpatient Treatment (2-3 hours per week)

DUI Services & Interlock Enhancement Counseling Services
We offer comprehensive and affordable Level I and Level II DUI and Interlock Enhancement Counseling Services that are licensed by the Division of Behavioral Health (DBH). Classes and therapy are available at a variety of times and days for your convenience. Services also available in Spanish. Domestic Violence Offender Education & Treatment Services
We offer quality affordable Domestic Violence Offender Education and Treatment Services with a DVOMB approved treatment provider. Daytime and evening classes and sessions are available. Treatment Alternatives Collaboration (TAC Program)
The TAC Program is funded in large part by Senate Bill 97 funds, and offers comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment services for people involved with the criminal justice system. The program specifically reaches out to those without insurance or Medicaid, and actively collaborates with criminal justice agencies in the Tenth Judicial District. Forensics Program
Spanish Peaks Behavioral Health Centers works collaboratively with Colorado Mental Health Institute-Pueblo to provide treatment and communuty support services to individuals who have been found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity, and are now on Conditional Release status. We provide comprehensive mental health treatment services, case management services and psychiatric services for these individuals.

We accept referrals from the Pueblo County Department of Social Services of individuals who are in need of mental health treatment services
